As we know from our science lessons, regular exercise is important to keeping our bodies and minds healthy. Regular exercise makes our heart stronger and increases the flow of blood around our bodies, which carries nutrients, oxygen and water to our organs and muscles. Exercise also helps to release endorphins in our bodies which makes us feel happy.
Although we might be spending more time indoors, there is no reason for us not to get active and stay healthy. Below are the links to workouts by Joe Wicks - The Body Coach.
