Maths - We worked out how many different ways we could break a piece off a stick of 7 cubes. Thinking about the whole and the parts, we wrote number sentences to match, like 5+2=7. Then we did the same with 8 cubes and 9 cubes.

Geography - We have been learning about The Arctic. We compared the city of London to Sisimiut (the children know how to say it!) in Greenland.

PE - Here we are very busy in PE today. We played a great team game where we had a race to collect the most bean bags.

Maths - We did lots of practical activities to learn about numbers that are greater than, less than or equal to each other and we used the > < = symbols. We used counters, number cards and played a special version of rock paper scissors with numbers!
