Hair – all long hair to be tied back, so that your child’s vision is not impaired. Girls and boys may wear gel, ponytails or hairbands, but no extreme fashion hairstyles please.

If they do not have their full PE kit/wellies or correct school uniform on more than three occasions throughout the term, they will not be allowed to come to school in their own clothes on the next reward day. It is really important that the children have their full P.E kit so that they do not miss out on the activities that we do at school and so they continue to learn to organise themselves well.

Children need to have, a pair of wellies and a waterproof coat in school at all times.

Since Lockdown 2020, we  asked that you send your child into school wearing their PE kit on their PE days. We will continue with this procedure as the children are getting more time in PE lessons. (We will be asking EYFS to bring in kit in the summer term as it a part of their learning).

Jewellery must not be worn for health and safety reasons. However, children with pierced ears may wear small studs. Children should be taught to remove ear studs and a small box/bag should be provided for their storage during PE lessons. Children are not allowed to wear earrings during P.E. lessons in line with DfE guidance. Parents wishing their child to wear jewellery connected with their faith or parents with children who wear medical alert necklaces etc. should discuss this with the Headteacher
